Modders are planning to create their own Crysis Remaster in CryEngine 5.6.6, first early screenshots.
Crysis Remastered is officially releasing in a few days on the PC. However, it appears that a team of modders is working on its own remaster of Crysis in CryEngine 5. And, even though the official remaster may not be based on the original PC version, this unofficial one will have the original PC controls,
as well as the Ascension level.
Going into more details, this unofficial Crysis Remaster will have Raytracing, SVOGI , and Volumetric lighting. Additionally, it will have Dynamic and Volumetric Clouds and Fog, as well as more CE5 exclusive features. Basically, this unofficial remaster promises to feature most, if not all, of the graphical improvements of Crysis Remastered.
