En este momento estoy subiendo un respaldo importante y queria aprovechar toda la velocidad, pero más allá de eso, si estoy pagando por los 300 quiero utilizar los 300 cuando pueda. Y sino que no ofrezcan 300 si "tecnologicamente" no los pueden brindar. Pasa que nadie rompe las bolas con la subida entonces ni bola.

Y ahora es mas capricho que otra cosa. Me calienta que me caguen a excusas y que la culpa sea mia pq "subo mucho y saturo la subida" lo cual no tiene ningún sentido. Seria mas sensato decirme "mirá, recien subimos los planes, la infraestructura no estaba preparada, no te vamos a poder garantizar más de 200"

No tenes algún router que puedas limitar la subida al 90% del teórico? A mi me pasa con un plan común, que si se saturaba la subida... se tranca todo.

Puede ser que ahi el router con QoS activado no le de para manejar mas de 200.
Yo tengo un edgerouter er-x y no anda a mas de 150 de bajada si le habilito el QoS. (le tengo habilitado solo subida ahora, justamente por lo de la saturación)
De que otra forma estás probando? Creo que la forma mas segura de ver que no es un dispositivo, es router de antel modo puente, y compu conectada por cable y que ella gestione la conexión.... supongo que eso se puede hacer aún. je

Probé todo ya.
En modo bridge (como lo tenia originalmente) no pasaba de 200. Jugué con el QoS pero no logré nada. Antel no me dio pelota el primer reclamo pq estaba en modo puente.
Saqué el modo puente y lo conecté por router de antel directo. Mismo problema, no pasa de los 200. En este punto el QoS ya no existe, porque el router de antel no te permite cambiar el QoS y mi router personal tampoco si no uso el de antel en modo bridge.
Las pruebas las hago subiendo archivos grandes (20 o 30 GB) a Google Drive. Queda topeado en 200 como si ese fuera el limte de velocidad. NO pasa de 200. No llego ni a 205, ni 210, nada. Fluctua entre 195 y 200 clavado.

hace unos meses descargue juegos en el ps7 y en la pc ambos por cables y descargo muy rapido, no se si la velocidad que dice antel pero al menos cerca

Luego de esto restablecer el adaptador de red
Recién volvi de la licencia hace unos días y no me dió por probar a fondo las nuevas velocidades, en casa tengo 550/40 sin problemas, en otro lado si tengo 1G/300 y notaba lo mismo, el Speedtest se moría en 200 despues de tocar 300 brevemente pero el adminstrador de tareas mostraba q llegaba a 300 la subida .
Pero subiendo con Onedrive un archivo de 5GB, llegaba tranquilo a 300 de a rafagas en Chrome, en Firefox me topeaba en 80.
No me sorprendería Antel tiene un contrato con Speedtest y los burocratas de turno se olvidaron de decirles "che, mira q ahora tenemos planes con más subida"

Actualizo: ayer me llamaron de antel. Era problema de ellos, quedó solucionado.
Ahora si llego a 300 en todas las pruebas. De hecho el test me da 320 y he visto picos de casi 340
